**LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION HEAD**
**Job Description**:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations and deliveries, making sure products reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time.
- Supervise, coach and train down-level staff in order to encourage progression within the team and ensure implementation of all regulations within the company.
- Responsible for creating, analyzing, and managing the logistics plans.
- Plan delivery routes, keep track of delivery times, customer requirements, transport costs and efficiency.
- Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
- Analyze logístical problems and provide solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or any logistics related field
- Previous experience managing a company's logistics department, familiar with planning delivery routes
- Experience working with logistics management software and other related software
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Works well with deadlines and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent and reliable
**Details**:
- Office location at 24 Manga Road, Barangay Kaunlaran, Q.C.
- Salary negotiable based on qualifications.
- Monday - Friday
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
