Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for directing the third-party trucking provider to ensure that the orders reach our customers and Sales agents at the agreed time.


Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and assign routes to delivery trucks Coordinate with Warehouse staff for the timely loading of goods Prepare dispatch sequence or trip tickets Monitor the truck drivers to ensure that they are following our routing guide Update customers and sales agents on the status of the deliveries Schedule pick-up of customer returns Coordinate the returns with local supplier for credit note Assist the Logistics Clerk in receiving job orders Work with Accounting staff for trucker billings and payments Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
College level Knowledgeable in road maps in Luzon (knowledge in VisMin is also desirable) Preferably with experience in dealing with Sales agents Preferably with knowledge of warehouse software packages like QuickBooks Proficiency in MS Office Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Good team player Can work with minimal supervision Willing to render extra hours when required Willing to work on shifting schedule
