Job description
Graduate of Business course
At least one (1) year in work experience in Logistics
Transportation coordinators oversee the timely delivery of goods.
They maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met.
Coordinators update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers.
Prepare & process PEZA/ BOC Documents for deliveries
Coordinate with warehouse team for confirmation of items for deliveries
Organize files both manually & electronically
Proper monitoring and updating of Inventory Ledgers for Renewal & Amendment of LOA’s
Prepare BOC report
Support superior for the accomplishment of reports
Monitor shipment if needed.
Other function that may be given by the superior

Experience:
Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
