KEY TASKS:

Spearheads daily operations in the commissary including delivery and dispatch, quality control (deliveries and receiving) and implementation of Good Manufacturing Policies (GMPs) Ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of documentation for daily dispatch of products from commissary to branches (labelling, receipting, appearance of items dispatched) Monitoring of production yield, quality, safety of products and working environments at all times (including work areas, freezer temperatures) Inventory management of Warehouse (Dry Goods) and Fresh & Frozen sections within the plant Management and reporting of issues pertaining to equipment (freezers, ovens) Spearheads implementation of good housekeeping and management of requirements in compliance with various government-licensing bodies

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of a 4-year basic college degree related to Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRIM), Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or any related courses Basic knowledge on Food Handling and Safety Bonus: Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a Food Company as Warehouse Manager / Plant Manager / Logistics Supervisor With pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills
