Logistics Assistant Night Shift

Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in dispatching deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery concerns Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate. Ensure proper documentation of issued Sales Invoices by encoding Handle petty cash remittance and documentation for Logistics expenses Brief drivers and porters before dispatching Facilitate daily huddles with drivers and porters before dispatching Performs other related work that may be assigned Schedule: Night shift (12am to 8am) Mondays to Saturdays Learning Opportunities: You will have an opportunity to learn the end to end process of logistics You will have an opportunity to build network with external trucking companies You will develop proficiency on Quickbooks You wll learn about the Frozen Food Industry Minimum Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate of any course or has a few years of working experience Has strong organizational skills Calm, Structured, detail- oriented, diligent, and reliable Highly motivated, self-driven, disciplined, and assertive Fast learner Having knowledge about trucks, truck maintenance, and traffic rules is a plus.
