Logistics Assistant

Job Description:
The Logistics Assistant handles and manages the schedule of deliveries to customers in accordance with required time-frame. The position documents the receipt of orders and the delivery to customers following the company guidelines and departmental standards and procedures in ensuring the accuracy of documentation against the actual deliveries. The position must also contribute in the achievement of the assigned departmental KPIs.


Responsibilities: Functional


Domestics Distribution Essentials (IMPEX Essentials) Check the system-based quantity before shipment of the encoded sales orders Extract the Sales Shipments accordingly to SS numbers & delivery date requirement Send delivery schedule to the third party logistic and furnish copy to Sales & Logistics departments Prepare transmittal for Delivery Receipts & Sales Invoice. Check & compare the delivery status report being sent by the third party Logistics against the BICP sales shipments schedule/deliveries. Ensure & monitor that all processed delivery receipts & sales invoices are submitted on time by the third party logistics. Monitor in sequence the usage of forms (DR & Sales Invoice) Provide pending order reports on a weekly basis Domestic Distribution Management (IMPEX Management) Monitor & evaluate third party logistics’ deliveries / Handling / Documentation) Control/limit/zero issuance of Credit Note Others


Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or any four year business related course Experience
Two (2) year experience in Logistics
