At least 3 years of experience in the BPO/finance industry and more than 6 months handling Australian, UK, or US clients' Mortgages.
- Must be able to work from home but also be willing to go onsite if necessary.
- Experience in loan lodgement and familiarity with loan tracking procedures.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Proficient in Internet Browsers, Excel, and Outlook.
- Has good communication skills both written and verbal
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
