Details of the offer

The Loan Officer role includes:Monitor and manage loan status and payment due for each borrower.
Ensure the repayment from each borrower with no delay.
Make follow-up calls or reminder to the borrower as necessary.
Make follow-up calls for the accounts which have been overdued to ensure the collections.
Provide support or manage applicants' or borrowers' concerns over phone or email.
Represents the company as a contact person.
Reach Projected Monthly Quota.
Work harmoniously with Colleagues and Contribute to the Team Effort.

Requirements:At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
Experience of call center (outbound calls) will be a plus.
Excellent communication skill with full of passion.
Fluent in English.

Compensation & Other Perks:Salary: 17-20k, still negotiable depending on skills and experience
