Line Cook

· Prepare, cook, and present food efficiently and quickly
· Maximize production efficiency
· Comply with standards and practices and procedures
· Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
· Work safely around kitchen equipment and report ant maintenance issues to the manager

? Graduate of Culinary, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
? At least 1-3 year(s) working experience related field is required for the position.
? 1-4 years working experienced employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Services or equivalent.
? Willing to work on shifting schedules.
? 3 full time positions
? Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
