Details of the offer

Responsible for:
Strictly follow standard recipe of each food item as instituted and approved by the Sous Chef.
Responsible for the preparation & cooking of food particularly short orders or ala minute food items preparations using the prescribed standard recipe for each item.
Following the standard par stock of all food items
Assists in the quality inspection, weighing and proper stocking of delivered items purchased from the market & supermarket.
Monitors all gas burners, following the required safety nets to avoid fire hazards or injury to persons. Must be knowledgeable in handling the fire extinguisher in case the need arise.
Ensure equipment are in order, working and efficient
Ensures that all items taken out from storage are properly recorded in the Stock Inventory logbook.
Report left-overs, spoilage and breakage/losses in the LOs / Loss & breakage Logbook.
Helps and assist in the over-all cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen premises at all times.

Who are we looking for?Culinary or HRM graduates
More than 5 years experience in the same capacity
Preferably knowledgeable in MS Excel and Word for reports submission
Willing to work inside NAIA Terminal 1
Interested candidates are requested to submit complete CV and bio-data with ID picture
