**Job Qualifications**:
Must high school graduate
- With 6 months and above BPO experience is a plus but not required
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- 35 kilometers away from the site
- Can do onsite work
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
