Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
**Job Qualifications**:
- Must high school graduate with 1 year of BPO experience
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Can do onsite work in Makati
**Salary**: Up to Php30,500.00 per month
