Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Legal Management, Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Property Management graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Liaison Officer are typically required
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in processing building compliances such as BFP, LGU Permits Dept., City Assessor's Office, BIR, LLDA, etc.
- With good written and verbal communication skills and pleasing personality
- Required negotiation skills
