Support Legal Team by investigating case facts to ensure the consideration of all relevant information;
- Take action and/or prepare responses to queries regarding legal issues;
- Assists in the drafting of agreements, contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommend its approval;
- Identify appropriate materials, legal articles, judicial decisions, and laws for assigned cases;
- Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences; preparing pleadings; monitoring and obtaining discovery responses; organizing materials for case review;
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
**Job Qualifications**
- Have work experience in a Law Firm
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
