Legal Industrial Relation Officer

Job Description:
Ensure company adherence to the prevailing labor laws and give advice for any impact to the company Assist management in administration related matter regarding employee discipline or grievance procedure Process labor disputes/grievances/code of conduct issues in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint investigation and act as a company liaison Represent the company in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Employees Maintain and administer Employment Agreement, Company Policy, including socialization and follow up the process. Handling labor dispute/conflict between employee and company, among fellow employees, and environment issue as a liaison to the government, and as a management representative Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the company Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00) Holds a law degree from a reputable university Excellent knowledge in HR procedures & processes, Indonesian labor laws & regulation Have an excellent drafting and reviewing skill Good analytical, organizational and planning skills Able to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situation Fluent in english both written and spoken Good interpersonal and communication skill Interested to work in media industry
