JOB DESCRIPTION: Preparation of due diligence reports and documentary requirements prior to endorsement for check payment clearance.
Traceback of titles and tax declarations and updating of previously drafted tracebacks to include the most recent title/tax declaration after transfer.
Narration of important issues and determination of documents to be required from the seller to proceed with the sale.
Completion/consolidation and preparation of documentary requirements prior to endorsement for check payment clearance.
Drafting of an offer to buy, terms of reference, contract to sell, deed of absolute sale, irrevocable special power of attorney, affidavit of release and discharge, affidavit of non-tenancy, affidavit of aggregate landholdings, and acknowledgement receipts.
Other tasks that may be assigned outside routinary tasks JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar At least five (5) years in the practice of law Graduate of a reputable law school Has experience in performing due diligence pertaining to land acquisition and tax declaration Possesses sense of urgency, adaptability and professional maturity #J-18808-Ljbffr
