Duties include but are not limited to: Building coalitions with like-minded stakeholders to advocate for policy change that benefits First Philec products Engaging in evidence-based advocacy and policy dialogue to highlight the advantages of green products Leveraging expertise and resources for collective impact to ensure that policy incentives align with the company's sustainability objectives Upholding ethical principles in influencing policy decisions Ensuring inclusivity and diversity in stakeholder engagement processes to represent the interests of various stakeholders, including First Philec customers and suppliers Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration Advise management on legal issues and risks Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in laws and regulations Provide legal support to other departments as needed Qualifications: Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Legal Management Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory and government affairs.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing regulatory strategies and obtaining regulatory approvals for products.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, ISO standards, and other applicable regional regulations.
Experience in interacting with regulatory authorities and managing regulatory inspections and audits.
Professional certifications in regulatory affairs are a plus.
Strong understanding of quality systems and the ability to apply regulatory requirements to quality management processes.
Experience in developing and maintaining regulatory compliance documentation, including technical files, regulatory dossiers, and other relevant documentation.
