ob Summary:
The Leasing Supervisor is the person responsible in making sure 100% occupancy of property handled.
He /She will also handle tenant contract of lease, tenant sourcing, prospecting and resolve tenant concerns/issues.
He /she will also strictly monitor billing and collection activities for tenants.
Qualifications:
- Holder of Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, communication, or any related course.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in leasing Operations at Supervisory level
- Experience knowledge in retail property development
- Extensive Knowledge in legal matters of contract of lease
- Execution leasing plan and time tables
- Excellent in both oral and written communication and negotiation skills
- Flexile, organized, assertive, and goal oriented
