Job Description:
Conceptualizes, develops and creates strategies and projects Studies, reviews, and recommends policies and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls Reviews, analyzes, proposes, advises, manages the tenants on products/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations Collaborates in the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions for the improvement of the performance of tenants as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels Achieves tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent At least 1-2 years of supervisory working experience in retail management, or significant exposure to the shopping center industry is requred for this position Must be a resident within or near Boracay
