Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and seek out prospective tenants.
- Assist in Tenant Management/Lease Administration & Documentation
- Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation.
- Execute leasing processes and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-year relevant work experience in leasing for commercial and other related industry.
- Preferably with strong background in food industry.
- With good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Las Pinas City.
