Prepares lease proposals and contracts.
Assists and accommodates clients for viewing of available units and other leasing inquiries.
Scouts Tenants for vacant units, places advertisement for realty agencies and conducts follow-ups to prospective Tenants.
Negotiates and/ or closes deals with potential Tenants.
Safe keeps contract of lease and renewal of lease of Tenants.
Assists in the moving in and moving out of Tenants in accordance to the house rules provided by Property Management.
Studies, reviews and recommends policies and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize Tenant occupancy of the property.
Reviews, analyzes, proposes, advises, manages the Tenant with regards to construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations.
Facilitates market research and competitive studies with respect to property accessibility, trends and area population in order to ensure effective management of properties.
Studies Tenant distribution, market and give recommendation on leasing rate.
Conducts background check with prospective Tenant and its businesses.
Achieves Tenant satisfaction.
Maintains up to date listing of available units with full details and spearhead marketing of vacant and soon to be open spaces.
Duties assigned shall be within the limits and conditions provided by the Property Management and other related regulations, Company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Immediate Head
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Experience as Leasing Assistant is an advantage
