Job Summary: The Learning Management System (LMS) Facilitator provides technical and administrative support for the School's learning management systems. This position is responsible for the support, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the LMS. The LMS Facilitator is the primary system administrator for the School's LMS and integrated tools, and oversees the installation of all system updates, upgrades, and other software integrated with the LMS. He/She serves as a participant in the quality assurance and documentation efforts, as needed.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree preferably of Information Technology
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience with Google Suite for Education/Google Classroom and Moodle
Highly computer literate; very familiar with Google and Microsoft Office applications
Strong proof-reading and editing skills
Strong organization skills; high attention to details
Strong time-management skills; excellent follow up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team with shifting priorities, and under pressure of deadlines, School and faculty demands
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with users who may not be technically savvy or knowledgeable of IT systems and processes
Ability to work extended hours if the School requires
