LEARNING & DEVT MANAGER

 

Responsible for performing management functions of planning, leading, organizing and controlling with the view of being able to create and deliver effective learning and development programs in the organization.
 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field but preference is given to communication, business, human resources or psychology

Having certification through one of the various associations for human resources professionals and

talent development (e.g.
Certification in Facilitation and Trainer's Training Methodology, Certification in OD)Knowledge of learning theories and approaches, instructional designs, learning technologies, facilitation and delivery of training solutions,

Knowledge in leadership development planning, succession planning programs and techniques

3 years of relevant experience in the field of training and learning, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity or equivalent

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Filipino

Advanced skills level in technology orientation, such MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, content development tools
