Learning & Development Officer(Job Number:AGD010YP) Primary Location:PH-PH-Makati Description RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, and evaluate training programs.Work with the L&D team and business leaders to deliver each business’ training needs.Plan, organize, and implement the logistics of learning events.Facilitate and organize the proposed extended induction training.Manage and maintain training records, calendar, PDRs, and SharePoint site.Implement performance reviews.Compile and maintain the talent inventory.Create multimedia presentations and materials.Assist any department regarding learning and development programs.QUALIFICATIONS:A bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or equivalentMinimum experience of 3 years in training and developmentExperienced in tracking of global compliance trainingsGood understanding of how the training cycle worksProven organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and can work independentlyGood knowledge in reporting with Excel or PowerPointExcellent relationship building skillsComfortable working in a multinational environmentPrior experience supporting customers in use of application software preferredCustomer service orientationDemonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques
