Learning And Organization Development Analyst

Job Description:
The OD Analyst reports to the Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) Manager and is mainly responsible in collaborating with stakeholders to collect, track and trend, analyse, and report performance data and recommending intervention program/s to address any opportunities/ gaps. The OD Analyst will also be called to facilitate and deliver L&D programs focusing on developmental topics aligned to the competencies required of the job identified during the collaboration. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years exposure in corporate OD Quantified involvement or leadership in an HR-OD initiative Experience in competency modeling, profiling, and assessment is an advantage Intermediate to advanced proficiency with OD needs analysis, diagnostic tools, communication campaign development, and implementation, data tracking and trending Intermediate to advanced proficiency with desktop publishing (i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Publisher or other related tools) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Project Management.
