Supervise and monitor the daily activities of Sourcing and Recruitment, and Learning and Development.
- Analyze, develop, and implement new strategies as needed for Learning and Development, and Recruitment for a more efficient and streamlined process.
- Supervise, coach, and train HR Personnel in their respective roles.
- Supports the HR Manager in the daily HR activities as needed.
- Provide support in other HR function/s as needed.
**Salary**: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
