Conduct learning needs analysis to determine Talent Development priorities and opportunities.
Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of learning journeys and initiatives within EMAPTA Academy to upskill and reskill our existing talent.
Measure and evaluate the ROI, effectiveness, value, quality, and engagement levels of our learning programs.
Keep pace with L&D trends and best practices to continually advance and update the Academy's tools, resources and strengthen the learning programs.
Partner with external providers (SMEs, consultants, facilitators, etc.)
for training projects

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to develop and increase individual and organizational capabilities within the company.
Develop and improve systems and processes within EMAPTA Academy

Manage and mentor the Learning ang Development team

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent

At least 8 to 10 years of Learning and Development experience, with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity

Must have experience in creating and conducting leadership training programs

Must have experience in Training Design and Training Needs Analysis.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

Experience in project management and budgeting

Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills sharp business acumen

Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding collaboration skills.
Ability to partner with leaders, team members, and peers to drive results.
