Job Description:
? Bachelors degree holder
? With 2-5 years of work experience in Learning and Development role
? Has 2-5 years experience in Managerial role
? Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview.
? Willing to start immediately.
Job Responsibilities
? To effectively develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
? To create career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
? To collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
