Learning And Development Manager

Responsibilities:
· Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training programs will meet business needs
· Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic trainings aligned with the organization’s values and objectives
· Work closely with the leaders of the organization and have a full understanding of their department and training needs
· Assess individuals’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement
· Implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, e-learning courses, etc.)
· Develop training manuals that target tangible results
· Having an awareness of the budget allocation and an ability to find solutions to implement the required training
· Establish network with 3rd party training providers
