Job Responsibilities:
Assists in developing and implementing a consistent training experience through proactive coordination with employees across multiple Departments in SupportNinja
Enforces the standard pertaining to course scheduling and management, course communication, materials preparation, course follow up and reporting
Takes on an event management role for L&D programs, classes, and workshops by coordinating with stakeholders (facilitators, attendees, facilities, etc.), and managing all logistics and event materials
Analyzes training survey feedback, prepares data on key trends and provides recommendations on enhancements
Oversees the preparation of training kit and certificates as well as venue logistics and training equipment
Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
Ensures that training activities are carried out according to the training design and schedule
Utilizes appropriate, innovative and creative training interventions for assigned programs
Conducts TNA using various data-gathering techniques and tools
Maintains and updates training materials, compliance trackers, and consolidates L&D documents and processes
Manages online evaluation creation, delivery, and tracking using our Learning Management Systems
Provides LMS support for SupportNinja activities
Support broader L&D activities and company wide initiatives
Performs other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Preferably with a college degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Education or any related field
Has attended at least 2 years in college
Has attended at least 3 courses on Technical Training, soft skills training, or Instructional Designing
Having work experience in Training or Education is an advantage
Minimum of 1 year in SupportNinja
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Able to manipulate complex information and data
Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
Good communication skills and platform skills
Fosters unity and teamwork
Role model of company values and brand identity
Able to work with tight deadlines and within constraints
