Learning Adviser

Company Overview:
You shall have the opportunity to work with clients from North America, Europe and the whole of South East Asia.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Class scheduling: responsible for UK students class scheduling.
2.
Learning guidance: responsible for new students using AirClass app and reminding student to attend classes on time.
3.
Customer service: keep student activated by maintaining learning group chat, periodically checking learning outcome, reclaiming learning plan with parents and students.
Responsible for student's daily problems and demands, answering the questions in the study group,etc.
4.
Student pay renewal: responsible for UK student renewal.
5.
Other periodic matters for preparation and additional working contents base on team's focus under the four main tasks above.
**Requirements**:
1 Bachelor's degree and above.
2.
At least one year working experience

3.
Overly strong communication skills, able to solve problems encountered by parents and students through communication

4.
Teamwork spirit, hard-working and hard-working is preferred

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
