**_Job Description _**
This position is responsible for managing the performance of LA Team Leads as well as supporting operations focused on developing, tracking and monitoring, coaching, analyzing, meeting deadlines, and providing feedback on various deliverables needed by the LA Team.
**_QUALIFICATIONS: _**
- Must have recent experience in handling Leadership Academy/Change Leadership role in a US Telco Sales acct
- Good English communication skills
- Must have 2 years of equivalent experience in a BPO environment
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs such as Service Level, CSAT and FCR
- Leadership experience in people management specifically coaching for performance
- BPO- related training desired
- Leadership/ Supervisory skills training desired
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work on-site - TAGUIG
- Can start ASAP
**Salary**: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
