**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct design and product research; plan, organize and collect feedback from end-users.
- Identify ways to improve reliability, efficiency and quality on implementations
- Support the overall end to end enterprise projects, both internally and externally
- Lead UI / UX seniors and associates

**Qualifications**:

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in **Engineering, Design, Information Technology** or other related field
- At least **4 year**s of experience in **UI / UX** is required for this position
- Expertise on creating proper design architecture is required
- Expertise in visual design and wireframing tools(AdobeXD, Figma) is required.
- Working knowledge in agile scrum methodology is a big plus
- Natural problem solver and critical thinker
- Detail oriented and highly adaptive
- Good communication skills
- Proactive
- **Fast learner**
