Lead, Merchant Partnership Program Management

Job Purpose
Negotiates and implements campaigns in partnership with merchants that are on-time, on-budget, and aids in increasing issuing billings and cardholder retention
Drive usage rate and retail billings via rewards programs and merchant partnerships – straight and installment purchases
Creates value for the existing cardholder base to ensure take up of existing installment products with the use of market segmentation, demographic profiling and competitor scans

Job Requirement
College Graduate, preferably of a business-related course. An MBA degree or earned units will be an added advantage
With at least 3 years sales or marketing management experience in a managerial capacity with actual exposure on Merchant Acquiring or Marketing such as Product/Brand Managemen and Product Development
