Make outbound calls to schedule tours, collect outstanding application paperwork, and collect electronically signed leases working with a specific script(s) provided by the Client
Scrubbing and validating prospective resident information in the database
Tracking prospects – identify and overcome objections, note timelines, and enter data accurately and consistently into the CRM platform
Sales and lead conversion reporting
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English Language)
B2C telemarketing experience with proven track record of reliability and success
Extensive lead management experience with proven track record of reliability and success
Advanced MS Office skills
Demonstrable knowledge of the sales process
Can handle internal and external communication with courtesy and professionalism
Highly organized and detail-oriented
