Lead Auditor For Rbs (Responsible Business Services)

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing and completing the Responsible Business Services (RBS) Audit specified in the RBS-P-GEN-01 known as Quality Manual for RBS operations and other audits assigned and conducting specific training programs.
Also responsible for providing assistance in marketing the division's services to clients and coaching auditors under training or supervision.
Specific Responsibilities
- Conducts and completes the whole audit required and agreed, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with RBS Global Procedures, ISO 17021, ISO 19011 and company documented procedures.
- Conducts desk study of the client's code of conduct on Social audits, Technical audits, Quality audits, Environmental audits, Security audits, Chain of Custody audits, etc.
- Prepares required report (according to the audit assignment) and itinerary as guide during audit.
- Conducts audit on site or remotely according to procedures.
- Prepares and completes audit package in accordance with the specified turn-around time.
- Communicates with or attends to client inquiries related to the system standard where they had been qualified to audit
- Reviews and customizes training materials, when needed, and conducts training on specific programs as determined by the Division.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
- Support Sales and Marketing Executives activities.
This may be through direct involvement in the sales process (client visits or calls) or through provision of technical or commercial support to local staff.
- Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Operating to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the company's Code of Integrity
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
- Complies with the QHSE policies including but not limited to:

- Demonstrates strong commitment to HSE Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions by participating in safety meetings, completing required training, intervening in unsafe situations, refusing unsafe work, and complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSE.
- Responds appropriately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace.
- In accordance with the HSE Management System requirements, disposes of, or directs the disposal of, waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all waste transportation and disposal regulations and requirements.
- Reports all incidents (actual incidents and near misses) in accordance with the Incident Reporting requirements.
- Uses all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and tidy worksite.
- Maintains awareness of hazards and proposes controls to supervisor, HSE Representatives or relevant client / site contact.
- Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to degree-level
- Successfully completed recognized Lead Auditor training (ISO 17021 / ISO 19011)
- Recognized approval as second-party auditor, or training to achieve such sign-off
- Preferably with minimum two years' experience of supply chain activities
- Communication skills, computer literate, meets IRCA requirements for RLA.
- Ability to work under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php55,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
