Role and Responsibilities: Participate in the design phase of the project including:
Review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Review of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
Creation of Operations schedule and processes
Support report design
Validate system logic
Creation of configuration documents
Participate in the configuration and development phase of the project including:
All country specific configurations
Assist technology with conversion efforts
Perform reconciliations of converted data
Participate in the SIT phase of the project including:
Correction of any configuration issues
Configuration support
Participate in the UAT phase of the project including:
Assist in the creation of the UAT test plan Creation of FRO test scripts
Execution of FRO test scripts
Support business with UAT testing
Creation of all country specific documentation and procedures
Assist with stress/performance/volume testing
Participate in the Go Live phase of the project including:
Assistance with user training
Confirm production configurations
Assist with and confirm conversion
Assist in the complete of go live checklist
Experience:
Understanding of Financial System Operations functions
Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
At least 2 years working on Financial System Implementation and/or Operation
Knowledge, Skills, Expertise
Knowledge of principles, practices and theories of Financial Processes
Knowledge of risk and controls within Operations processes
Knowledge of project methodologies
Proactive in developing and implementing processes that significantly mitigate risk
Knowledge of external trends and best practices
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
Assists in development of innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not solve problems and assists in implementation of changes
Analyzes options and can identify potential solutions
