Requirements:
•Native Korean fluent in English
•Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
•With experience as a CSR is a plus
•With experience in Sales and Dispatch
•Willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
•Respond to incoming customer service inquiries and sales calls
•Receive or prepare work orders
•Responsible to schedule and dispatch products appropriately to the accurate location in compliance of clients’ requests
•Responsible for monitoring work orders
•Record and maintain files and records of customer requests
