Position: Korean Order to Cash Specialist - Open to Fresh Graduates
Industry:German Automotive Manufacturer
Location:BGC, Taguig City
Salary:P 80,000
Work Schedule:DAYSHIFT (WEEKENDS OFF)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to process product orders from customers
• Responsible to monitor and address inquiries or product concerns
• Answer calls and emails in a proper manner
• Monitoring the purchased orders if delivered on time
• Issue invoice to customers
• Responsible to maintain accurate records of their orders until shipment

Requirements:
• Korean National Fluent in English
• Must be Bachelor's Degree graduate
• With experience 1 to 2 years in Customer Service Support
