Position: Korean Helpdesk Support
Industry: BPO
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: P 70,000- P 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:
• Korean National living in the Philippines
• Filipino fluent in Korean language
• Can speak English
• College Level or bachelor's Degree Holder
• Customer Service Background, related to Automotive is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities
• Answer technical Issues from users of global products
• Users of digital products assistance
• Products: home of e books , English Grammar mobile applications, generations of online materials
• Handle escalations from Customer service team regarding some technical concerns on online dictionary app
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and technical Support

Recruitment Process:
1. Assessment Exam (English Grammar Test and Korean)
2. Initial Interview with Filipino HR
3. Final Interview with the Hiring Manager
