Position: Korean Airline Customer Representative Industry: Travel and Tourism Industry

Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: P75,000 - P 90,000
Work Schedule: Morning Shift and Weekends off (Amenable with Shifting schedule)

Requirements:
Native Korean who can speak conversationally in English
Filipino who can speak conversational in both Korean and English language
At least high school graduate
With customer experience is a plus but not required
Willing to work in Pampanga

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients in accordance of proper company procedure and applying technical expertise
Maintain system services and company products updated
Develop new strategies to improve customer service
Maintain confidentiality customer’s data and process accordingly their requests
