Knowledge Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
Designing and owning the architecture, structure and content for the overall knowledge-base collection (both system and information)
Working across end markets to build a network of internal contacts to conduct meaningful, ongoing research and data collection
Supporting the writing of strong bid responses, including cultivating and updating best practice bid material and tools
Managing bid-related information, including previous bids, CVs, project information sheets, brochures, thought-leadership articles, standard information about the company and a network of the best people to approach as and when additional input is required.
Maintaining an online library (‘Wiki’) of project sheets, project metrics and other performance data to support planning and strategy, in line with corporate and regional systems
Preparing an online shared platform resource for each pursuit. This will support the pre-production stage of all major bids.
Responsible for maintaining client procurement portal registrations and listings and for the flow of information thereon/in between the client and the bid team
Ensuring legal and operational compliance of all knowledge database information
Working with the Graphics Designers and operations teams as required to maintain a comprehensive library of images
Scheduling regular reviews of the knowledge base to identify areas that need to be updated / expanded
Providing training to users of the knowledge base and gather feedback on a regular basis
