Kitchen Technician

Details of the offer

• Provides technical expertise for kitchen equipment at public areas for Mid Shift
• Repairs/troubleshoots kitchen equipment during shift.
• install, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial cooking equipment such as ovens, convection ovens, conveyor-ovens, combi-ovens, fryers, grills, slicers, steamers, refrigeration and other kitchen equipment.
• Competently uses a variety of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, hoists, rigging equipment, torches, and hand tools.
• Monitors temperature of all chillers and freezers during shift.
• Assists the Duty Engineer for kitchen and laundry equipment related issues/concerns.
• Monitors and troubleshoots all laundry equipment during shift.
• To do such other tasks which are inherent to your job and position.
• To perform such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time
