Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
In-charge of the over all operations for the kitchen area
Dedicated to quality, inspect and test all food before it is served
In-depth knowledge of food processing and safety
Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients and use food surpluses
