- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure that the account is maintained and customers are delighted with the company's services.
- Identifies sales opportunities and conduct selling activities.
Ensure potential clients are updated and inquiries resolved leading to wins.
- Lead and collaborate the commercial solution development.
Collaborate with internal departments with the aim of finding the right fit.
- Grow revenue and able to forecast sales.
- Ensures that contracts and other related agreements are complete.
- Build sales relationship thru courtesy calls and business reviews.
- Track sales pipeline (budget vs. actual).
Identify gaps and prepare action plan to fulfill such gap.
- Prepares Sales Pipeline.
- Performs Marketing analysis and preparation of marketing paraphernalia.
Ensures sales and marketing tools are updated.
- Develops current promotional events and marketing techniques to attract leads that will translate to positive business opportunities.
- Ensures compliance with quality and food safety principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts graduate in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position or equivalent
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Basic skills and knowledge on Food Safety policy, standard and regulations.
- Basic training on Food Safety Management
**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
