The qualified Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for growing the Human Nature business within their assigned key accounts while maintaining your retail fundamentals and successfully advocating for Human Nature's vision, mission, and values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that the retail fundamentals are adhered to consistently
- Timely enlistment and on-shelf availability of new products, promos and other in-store initiatives
- Ensuring primary and secondary displays are secured at all times
- Coordinating with internal partners (Order Fulfillment Group, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure on-time delivery
- Planning strategic activities and initiatives that will grow Human Nature in the account
- Expand Human Nature's presence and business in the account via expansion into new doors or other relevant channels within the channel (e.g.
e-commerce platform of the account)
- Ensuring regular engagement with the account to further build business and relationship
Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG handling major accounts, modern trade, retail customers for at least 3 years
- Must be action and detail-oriented, with an eye and passion for excellence
- Must be flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills and friendly personality to fit with our team
- Must possess leadership skills to lead the tri-partite team in ensuring perfect and consistent execution across doors
- Comfortable with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Organization & time-management skills
- Good to excellent written skills
- Applicant must be willing to travel often to key accounts in Metro Manila
- Based in our QC office with field work and some work from home.
