Job Description Channel Development Develop strategies to grow the total foodservice channel in the area.
Must monitor the competitor's activities and prices.
Key Account Development Responsible for the total business development of the identified key accounts in the area.
Capable of opening new business and range selling new items to existing customers.
Manage the account receivables from key customers.
Distributor Management Responsible for the business development of secondary foodservice accounts through the appointed distributor/s in the area.
Conduct work-withs with the distributor's salesmen to guide them in customer development.
Capable of creating trade programs to boost the sales performance of the distributor partners.
Conduct business reviews with the distributor partner to track performance and come up with strategies to further grow the business.
Develop an effective route-to-market plan to reach the target customers.
Category/ Portfolio Development Capable of creating strategies to push the right products in the right market.
Identify the unique products that customers need in the area.
Inventory Management Ensure that stocks are always available in the area.
Develop strategies to push slow-moving products.
Prepare accurate forecasts.
Customer Service Effectively manage customer concerns.
Key Performance Metrics STD Val, Vol, GP% and STT Val and Vol Demand forecast accuracy Category sales performance Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
Must have 2 to 3 years of key account and distributor management experience in food service.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and able to identify problems and opportunities from data.
Must be well-versed in Foodservice operations; HRIM graduate is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills; proactive problem-solving abilities.
