Job Description:
Coordinates information across functions working closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Digital, Marketing and Visual to ensure the process is followed and timelines met. Communicate product needs regarding Vendor set up, and samples requisition to vendors and agents for promo set, marketing meetings; monitor and maintain with constant update on the Time and Action calendars for each item to shipping. Analyzing in price changes. Micro Strategy and Reports coordination – creating new reports as required by Team, manipulating existing reports, Assortment Planning data needs. Maintaining and update info in order to get item launched accurately and quickly; actions include photography identifying most appealing features/benefits to maximize photo and copy image, product info, category allocation, out of Stock, push date. Strategic determination of cross sells (suggested product alternatives) and determine keywords for search functions for new/existing store product. Become proficient in Access Database; and create/manage product knowledge collateral. Work on special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated effective problem solving and analysis skills which includes the ability to objectively assess merchandise mix to continually improve assortments, anticipate potential problems and risks; generate ideas and solutions to resolve or 'head-off' potential problem. Solid analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Team player. Detail-oriented. Self-starter. Bachelor's Degree and/or Job-related experience. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft. Willing to be assigned in BULACAN / PAMPANGA / ILOCOS
