**Responsibilities**
- Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer data
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Gathering customer requests and requirements
- Analyzing and auditing customer documents
- Acknowledging customer queries and complaints and resolving the same
- Preparing and presenting data analysis reports
- Implementing and monitoring solution strategies
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
- Assisting in generating potential leads
- Coordinating with internal and external team members
- Ensuring that all customers receive the products and services on time
**Qualifications**
- Graduate of any business course or with relevant working experience
- With experience in the industry of Food, Retail, and/or Supermarkets
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Willing to do field work in Makati, Taguig, or anywhere in South
- Available to work on Saturdays if needed
- Vaccinated
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
