AB HEINEKEN is a new Joint Venture in the Philippines between Asia Brewery and HEINEKEN. For our Modern Off Trade, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will excel in building partnerships with our customers.



Reporting to the Head of Sales for Modern Off Trade, you need to:


Build excellent relationships with key accounts Ensure the distribution of our brands, excellent brand activation, and event experiences to drive sales and develop winning relationships with our customers We are looking for someone who:


Has experience in key account management within the FMCG industry Has engaging communication skills in order to develop the confidence to provide advice and education to our customers, ultimately building a great working relationship with them Can take responsibility and ownership for their decisions and actions Can deal with issues pragmatically in any given situation Is a self-starter with a can-do mentality to approach all tasks and responsibilities with drive and vigor About us HEINEKEN is FUN! Minimum Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications Must have a valid Driver’s license (professional or non-professional) Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably business or marketing-related) Candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG key account sales are highly-preferred FMCG Account Management Experience REQUIRED Skills Needed Excellent leadership and communication skills Selling, and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset (able to prepare business reviews, and skillful in budget management) Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically in Excel We prefer someone who is: Highly energetic with a great sense of responsibility Structured and reliable A people person with engaging communication skills A quick thinker and can pragmatically deal with issues in any given situation Driven to excel and grow with the company A fast learner who can enthusiastically grasp and execute the Heineken culture Motivated by competition and winning We prefer candidates who already have sales experience within the FMCG industry. However, applicants from other industries who are hungry to learn more, and are willing to be trained will be considered and encouraged to apply.
